Post by DKshauno »

Anyone know what size a JA Starion diff is? I'm looking at some pajero diff gears and ive been asking on the pajero forum and the seem to believe that a ja starion diff is 7.25" with a pinion of 7.5".

Front diff from a pajero should work, the back one will be too big (but will fit a JD/GSRV or widebody housing). JA/JB diffs hold an 8" from memory, could measure a crownwheel I've got kickin...

Actually, crownwheel OD is 183mm, pinion length end to end is 189mm. Hope that helps Shaun. And yes it's me selling the big diff 4.625 on bumtree, the small one to fit a JA/JB went before I advertised it.
