Reproduction parts available

Post by Vulpes »

Hi, I can now reproduce some bits and pieces using silicon molds. For a small fee to cover the cost of the materials I can make you some hard to get parts.
These were reproduced from taking a mold off original badges. I could reproduce grills, the grills under the windscreen wipers etc. The silicon is expensive so making a mold of the grills (either kind) would require about $400 worth of silicon but you have the molds forever and the parts are then cheap to reproduce. Let me know if people are interested.

Hey Darryl,
Just wondering if larger items such as sideskirts (Ralliart ones) are possible to reproduce?? Or would it be too costly??

I can supply those JB/JD buttons on the grab handle for you from my car to redo.

The materials would cost a friggin fortune Mal. Cool about the door plugs. I will be at your place to work soon anyway I guess. Come and see my sigma turbo project.

Pretty damn interested in the wiper/cowl panels, as they're hard to find in good nick these days. Maybe if you had a bit of interest we could all put in for the price of getting the mold made, and the material/your time cost?
