is that a 1.06 rear housing? doesn't seem super laggy either, but the turbine housing looks huge(!!)

Aaron how fast would your drag car get down the 1/4 with this amount of grunt ??
My trusty slide rule says 400 hp in a 3000 lb car says 11.0 at 120 mph :D

Pretty sure its a 0.82 from what Jas said on austarion, power is about right for it.

Based on assuming the gold car has stereo etc, so I went in at 2900 lbs, it should run 11.11 @ 121.40 MPH

I want to get my car down to 2600 lbs & with 600 hp should run 9.45 @ 143.52 MPH.

Love this car though, love the build quality.

Have to have a look and a ride when I'm over for work.

Its got a decent stereo in it with one 12 inch sub. And extra sound proofing, so it would be a little heavier that a normal starion. But only 50kg or so at the most I would have thought. The sub box is made from ply so its a bit lighter than a customwood one.

I would be very happy with a mid 11 out of it in street trim but with some good sticky rubber on the back.

Almost everyone with a modified car will say it's not perfect, when to other's eyes it is. If you try & make it perfect in your own eyes, you will never want to drive it...

There is absolutely nothing wrong with setting the highest standards in all your pursuits in life/work to aspire to and if you aim that high you may well fall a little short of the target but will end up with a far far better result than aiming waay lower and hitting the target.

Makes scene to me Rad. For me perfect means having the details that I set right. Something very tidy, but still able to give it a hard time on the road and track. Its going to get dirty and its going to get paint chips... Everything Ive done Ive done the best I can.... And when I see it now I think Ive done just that. Well apart from one or two little things hehe

I wasnt advocating settling for second best, but i have seen too many guys end up with a car that owns them, rather than the other way around..

If you build a "perfect" show car, it will be something you fear driving because of stone chips....

Oh, I see. And your right. As said, you need to have clear ideas about what it is your building. And about how far you are happy to push things when it comes time to drive the thing. If thats the plan...
