Camshaft regrind, recommended lift duration?
Camshaft regrind, recommended lift duration?
Hi, i'm getting my camshaft sorted out, any recommendations on amount of lift? Car is used on the road during the summer months, want some reasonable gains, but also want to be able to drive he car and have it idling to a certain degree ha, thank you

270-280 degrees advertised duration, 450 thou lift at the valve, double valve springs
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

You don't need to pull the head to change the springs on a sohc 63 ;)
