JAS's Rebuild and twincam conversion. 302kw atw baby!!!
Ok, so the new inlet manifold is on and Ive also fitted a GT3076R turbo.
It made 302ks at the wheels!! Very happy with that!! :D
And my new thermostat housing is working a treat :)
Ill put new engine bays pics and the dyno sheet up in the next day or so.
Needless to say Im very happy. The power is not only much more (50hp atw gain) it is far more progressive and usable :)

Rad. Hell no! Im using a Mazda box :)
Zac. Can't wait to see the vid man. Oh and Ill have to take you for a run on the open road one day :)
thrash. 24psi lol. Which sounds like a lot! But the compression is quite low...
RiceThief Im using 4 bosch coil packs with inbuilt igniters. Similar to LS1 etc coils. And just platnum spark plugs. You might have to close the gap up a little. My old starion used to blow the spark out and I had 1.1mm gap. Changed them to .8mm gap plugs and no more problems :)
fugazi Cheers mate! :)

Sorry for the picture, and especially sound quality, my cellphone was all I had handy.
It sounds fucking nuts inside the car though, awesome turbo spool :).

I ran most of the wires for the motor above the inlet manifold runners under the coil packs and water lines. And the wiring for the wiper motor run on the other side of the fire wall. Was quite easy...popup wrote::o Wow! How do you get all the wires tucked away so well? even the ones for the wiper motor seem to just disappear!
Yip, 2 litre and standard cams, valves and valve springs. Its a big port head and I had the ports cleaned up a little when it was built. But was just a light clean up. Just got rid of the casting marks really.thrash wrote:also, that's a 2 litre motor right? cams?
