Block coolant drain

I've heard about a bolt to undo on the block to drain the coolant out of the block. I've already removed bottom radiator hose and flushed through for 10 minutes but just wondering if there is some more to come out?!

I can't locate the bolt, there is one near the starter motor but it looks like it surrounds the end of the balance shaft perhaps? I've tried workshop manuals but can't seem to find the info. Maybe its on the exhaust side?
