Head studs for SOHC

Post by ssb2005 »

Hi, I have almost got my SOHC 2 litre back together. I was going to get some new head studs for the rebuild but i cant seem to find the parts anywhere.

ARP only list parts for the DOHC motor and repco etc are the same. I am under the impression the DOHC ones are longer and incompatible. ???

Seb,

You use ARP-207-4202 (2.6l SOHC) with some 10mm spacers. We are currently waiting on fresh stock of them (VPW). I can get you an eta if you like.

Hi VR4, we purchased the stud recently, thanks 1340ft, but haven't got around to getting the spacers.
How much for the spacers and postage to 3140?

also would anyone know a part number or where to source some more nuts for the conrods. i had one fail on me and the thread go a bit dodgy. i dont like near any big fastener joints and the ones i tried a while ago said they are a non standard size.
ARP list a nut and bolt kit but its for the DOHC, would they fit?
