Thanks Zac ordered a few this morning outta Japan, trying also to get the scuff panel ones, none left but they may resupply or remake them. I don't even know what those look like as its been so long.

Cordias have those scuff panel ones too :) I usually grab a few every time I see one at Pick a part.

i tried mmal but no luck as well a hunt a the local wreckers on a old GJ sigma i found some of both clips windscreen plastic cowel and under the scuff panels there was a similar clip

Early to mid 80s Sigmas as Mackaman says. With the door kick plates, you'll have to trim the carpet tags off then they are a direct replacement.
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
