Must be suffering a problem there because he looked way off the pace.(runs off to book collection)

My 1985 Bathurst book says that the Bartlett cars fastest race lap was only 2 or 3 seconds slower than most of the 635s and he went on from there to take 9th position overall.

As a side note the Brian Sampson Starions (later Xerox car and Austarion poster boy I believe) best was over 6 seconds slower than Bartlett.
