MODEL: JA
BUILD DATE: 1982
COMP DATE: 1992

I owned this car from 1990 - 1995, don't know what became of its fate.
Interesting thing was the compliance date - yes it was actually stamped 10 years ahead of it's time :-)

This could be really handy if it was for places other than the UK...

A little late, but yes...I know Zoran. He still has the car (and has had it for well over 10 years), but I have the GTO engine ;)

btw, the car is more a metallic mauve, and not hot pink ;)

For the dead register:
Model JA
Build date ???
Comp date 5/84
VIN 1132 (looks like TT32 or II32 though)

Don't know the history of this one but it was found at Centre Road Wreckers in Clayton a couple of weeks ago. Looks like it was silver and repainted black.

Nick: Schultz
Model: JB
Location: Qld
Build date: Nov/84
VIN No: 0118 (last 4 digits)
Paint code:HD Painted black
Trim Code: R3
Option Codes: E59 / D26 / V02
Later options: 3" Exhaust no cat with Varex muffler (awesome)
Head full port and polish with double valve springs and a Crow Cam 2517
30 pounds of boost - garrett t4 bb turbo
MPI conversion with 4 x 1000 cc injectors
Motec fuel management
Engine is from another starion and I kept the rest of the car for bits too.
Interior is Red with light blue bits and pieces ( I like blue)
Home built skull bonnet scoop
A few pics on photobucket
Needs a clutch that can handle a liiiiiittle bit of extra horse power. At the moment the nearly new standard clutch slips at 3500 rpm and when I open the muffler I just might as well park it.
