Haha yea I was suprised I made it because I was still putting it together at 8:30 that morning but we made it, just lol a few parts were missing but it had the freshest paint there :)
Should go for a cruise when you get yours back together, now that's 3 starions I know of in Adelaide haha I think I've seen yours around a while back

Recently upgraded the turbo and intercooler and will soon upgrade the
brakes
removed the airconditioner parts and installed the intercooler, Had to cut abit of the top support for the intercooler to clear the bonnet latch but sits well and tight to the radiator to encourage air flow. I did have to cut a hole for the IC piping to go through
bought a few 51mm mandrel bends and started to mock up some IC piping. Kept it nice and short to maximise response and minimise lag.
Tack welded and tested in place, ready to be welded.
Can see in the above pictures the TDO5 14B turbo. To fit that I had to drill out 1 stud in the turbo flange and 3 in the exhaust manifold to bolt it on. bore out the inside of the manifold to match the larger tdo5 port. I moddified my custom dump to suit the new turbo dump flange and added a 48mm screamer pipe for shits and giggles :beer
(maybe not the neatest welds but its supposed to leak rofl )

Did you have to take out your radiator to make/enlarge the radiator support holes for the intercooler?
You got any photos and description on how you created said holes?
Do the holes look "factory"?

To mount the Intercooler I just removed the AC condenser and
drilled 2 holes down through the rad support to bolt to the upper
Intercooler mounts and bent some metal strip 90 degrees to bolt
from the bottom of the intercooler to the lower rad support.
I cut the holes using a 2 1/2 inch hole saw on my drill. There is a
2" hole on the drivers side that i enlarged and made a new hole on
the passanger side. The hole saw left nice and round hole and
looks clean with some plastic edging around it. I doubt any cops
would notice, I also attempted to paint the piping black so it looks
standard but I ran out before I finished and couldn't be fucked.
The cooler piping goes through the battery compartment so I had
to put a smaller one in.
To connect all the piping I used a 2" straight joiner from the turbo outlet to the hot pipe, two 2" - 3" silicone expander to lind the piping to the intercooler and a 2" - 2.5" silicone expander to fit the cold pipe to the oval intake on the manifold.
The radiator is standard and I didn't need to modify it, although it
really needs an upgrade rofl . I did have to re locate the overflow
bottle though as it was in the way of the hot pipe.

I just used a strip of rubber edging from clark rubber, don't have any photos of it but it just goes on the edge of the hole all around it so you cant see the the metal edge and it finishes it off nicely.
U only used 2" pipe so the 2.5" hole leaves room for movement and makes it easy to install.
