I like how your headlights are perfectly timed to one another. Every starion Ive ever had has had one that was slightly faster popping up and down than the other ;).

Yeah mine are perfectly timed as well. Both my JA's were out of sync, but for some reason it seems the widebodies are good. Maybe they have better motors for the lights or maybe its because they are still newer than the JA headlight motors...

Nice vid though.

Not too hard to find, need to fine a supplier that'll ship to the UK though. Even though its for a 2.6, all the parts should be the same.

I rebuilt one of the later style ones (like yours) by just buying all the seals and o-rings individually, and making the main gasket myself. Seemed to work much better afterwards. For the funnily shaped O-ring I just went to a supplier, and tried a bunch of regular o-rings till I found one the right diameter that it would fit in the groove properly the whole way round. A bit of rubber grease to hold it in shape during assembly and it worked out fine.

first photos from my telephone, new suspernsion after delivery

Image

and few hours later on the car

Image

i can tell , that handling is improved, but comfort dissapar completely, suspension settings is very hard but roads in poland are terrible, i will do few photoshoots and probabely after that i will bring susspension to be bit higher.
exaust is scratchin bumpy roads too often

another thing that yesterday, i had small problem with electrics, small box located near battery had rusted connectors ( water influence), which ended with melted plastic and with no electric power in my car, somone previously did some modificiations to remove box with fuses, and cables was linked togeter just thru this small black plastic box
box was removed today and cable are temporaty conected without it. but this time Volt meter is very stable , before it was constantly changing value.

that will be great to find this box in good contidion and bring it into dedicated place again

Hmmm I found the d2's to be too soft, roads around here are not smooth either
