This is awesome!! Very keen to keep an eye on the progress off this!
This could also be a way for us Aussies to address the issue of having US style tail lights but with orange indicators instead of red, without having to pull apart the tail lights and remove the red lense too.

Any reason why the lenses are tinted/so dark? I think that they might be unroadworthy in some states here.

not to worry people... when you see them lit up you won't think the lenses are too dark. Lighted pictures coming next week!

There will be 4 different lighting patterns offered.
The entire conversion kit will start at $389 and go up, depending on the light configuration chosen. More pictures to come next week:
Hazards On - not my best camera though!

Damn would love to see the other LED patterns being offered.. you should offer heaps so it can entice all starion owners out there depending on their taste if they like taillights which look similar to the supra, skyline, evo and so forth.. range ftw!

They look great. Well done.
However, I persoanlly would prefer horizontal lines as it would be more suited to the shape of the original lense and also the car.
For eg. 3 or 4 x horizontal twin led strips
