Hey guys.

I am trying to find out about the cost involved in fighting it as your right, we need to fight these bastards.

Basically, from where the police were sitting, they couldn't see me until I start going through the intersection. From where I was (Wall on my right), I was turning right at the intersection, and they were there on my right. I blindly tried to say it was AMBER, and she actually said "Stop it". They were two female cops who were acting like they had their period. They were real bitchs even though I was calm and reasonable. They were not. When I said it wasn't safe enough for me to stop at the intersection, so I continues through the amber light, they said "Well if you weren't going so fast, you could have made it". I replied with "What the speed limit is too fast?". She then replied with "It is when your taking a corner and your tires screech." I immediately called her on the bullshit coming out of her mouth. Firstly it was wet. No tire noise from that. Secondly, the car wasn't going fast enough to make the noise nor was did it lose any kind of traction. And all they could say was "Stop it yes they did. And thats another $300 fine." I hate when they make up bullshit to try and scare me. And if it really happened, why didn't she fine me for it. The lying bitchs.

Sorry end rant

Fight it.. It cost me nothing when I represented myself.

I was the last on the day but the 20 people before me all either had the penalty reduced or removed. Might have just got a good judge.

Unless you were stationary in the intersection waiting to turn right without an arrow when it went from green to amber it sounds like you were in the wrong to me if you go by the letter of the law (driving to the conditions etc.)
Bad luck to be caught in the first place, and double unlucky to be caught by aggressive cops, but that's life. :(

In the future you could drop 10 or 15 percent off your average speed and never have to worry about not being able to stop for an amber/red light ever again. :P

Guys, I could say so much right now so I'll keep it brief if possible...the police and the courts are part of an organised criminal cartel who have been gradually removing our rights and extracting our money using laws that are invalid and often use tactics which are illegal and immoral.

How can I say this? The police and the courts are actually corporations (courts have ABNs and the agencies are also not properly incorporated) using invalid laws and acts such as the Road Safety Act, and Magistrates Court Acts in their respective states. They are invalid because unlike the Australian Constitution they have not received the royal assent.

New laws are being drafted every year and sections of other laws are being omitted due to these parasite's increasing levels of greed and corruption. They are also getting worried that people are finally starting to catch on so are becoming more ridiculous as they attempt to keep up the fascade.

Most cases these days are heard by a single judge. Did you know that your common law rights are to have matters heard by at least three judges with decisions made by a jury of your peers.

Long story short, don't pay these arseholes, they have no right to your money!!!
And don't believe their public campaigns nor get intimidated by their tactics.

I'd suggest as a starting point subscribe to http://www.aussiespeedingfines.com. The cost of joining is less than most parking fines these days so it's well worth it.
