Must be time for a Christchurch Cruise again

Post by JAS »

Well its summer and I know of a few starions that are back on the road after a long time off the road. Be good to meet up and tell tall stories again..... :)

Im thinking of some time in the new year. Say mid Jan.

Who's keen?
This time I think we should go for a decent drive. Im thinking meeting up on the North side of town and driving out to Tai Tap some where.

Tai tapu pub is ok, large car park and picnic area, last time I was there a Triumph motor cycle meet. They had a feed and some kegs.
Motukarara next to the racecourse is also a great area.

I will be in if I'm around.

Going to a meet Sunday, a guy from Japanese Nostalgic Magazine is here to check out our scene then a cruise over the hill. Since there will be heaps of Datsuns/Toyotas etc I figured a few Mitsubishis needed to be there.

Pm for starting point.

Thanks for letting me drive the widey! Makes a nice change from mine LOL

That 280Z was a monster!
But there were so many nice cars! Plenty of Datsun Coupes which were very very nice :)

That white KP Starlet was a machine!
Custom alloy dash, wilwood brakes, hilux disc rear end, what looked to be a hugely powerful 4AGTE, roll cage, race seats, full adjustable front and rear sus etc...
