[SOLD]: [VIC] EVO 2 twin cam complete running installation

Post by MitsuMadness »

Hi everyone!

I am finally getting around to taking out that EVO 2 (I believe it's EVO 2, but running an EVO 1 computer) engine installation out of the yellow starion I have. It is running, and complete. It's not a pretty installation, but it's functional, and seems to work fine. Just a few details need a bit of attention.

I have listed it on eBay currently, but wanted to post this here for all Austarion members too. Any Austarion member that buys it I will instantly give $100 off whatever price it goes for. So yes, if no-one else bids, you could get it for $850!

Here is the link. The full description is in the auction.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/250970941249

Cheers! :beer

Haha! Yeh, nothing worse than taking the time to go and inspect something that someone is selling only to find they didn't describe it honestly!
Cheers :)

Bargain. This would be a great starting place for someone looking to do this conversion. Good luck with the sale.

Looks like a TD05 16G turbo....dunno whether it's large or small

A good deal for someone after the package.

Hugh, you might want to add Jumbuck, lancer, cordial, Galant to the subject line to get more interest.

Thanks :) Yes indeed is a TD05 and being EVO I'd say it's 16G

Any idea how much it would cost to send this conversion up to Sydney?

Yeh, using e-go (www.ego.com.au) it would be about $70 to $100 max. I have sent engines with them before cos their depot is quite close for me to drop things off to them. I do have one pallet left that I could put it on as well I believe so that would be a possibility for sure!

Haha! Bummer!
I'm about to advertise a complete VR4 engine and a second VR4 engine in pieces and heaps of VR4 conversion stuff, including adapter plate to Starion gearbox and plenums and wiring loom and computers etc etc if you're interested. I'll put it all up on here in the next day or so, but if you're keen to get in early, SMS or call me on 0413 781 764. It's not an already running setup like the last one, but there's all the parts etc needed and more, and plus it's all VR4, so has the bigger ports, better engine etc.
