Update: there is 12v going to the temp sender. Mutlimeter read 8v to the injectors. I've checked the timing and all seems ok. And ive cleaned up the terminals on the earth cable, both on the block and chassis.

Get a multimeter & check that the ecu is pulling the injectors to ground on one pin :)

Injectors are fed a constant positive feed & the ecu pulls one pin to ground thereby energising the coil in the injector, so basically they're negative switching..

Dave, I'm just having a look now. What's the best way of testing the negative switching on the injectors? I've tried the buzzer bit on my multimeter but I can't get a response

Does your multimeter have a frequency measurement?

I don't think my multimeter has it. Frequencies is probably getting beyond my knowledge.

Is anyone local that's more swiched on then me up for a cash job to help me out? Where my car is at the moment will be a nightmare to get out without it running. Otherwise I would tow it somewhere :(

Actually, wait!

I'm getting fuel coming out the return line.

I just plugged a spare injector in and no fuel is coming out what so ever.

So basically, the fuel pump is working but I'm not getting fuel past the injectors.

What would stop the injectors from firing??

Yes, 100% getting spark. Don't know about ecu getting signal. How do I check that?

Turns out I was getting fuel. When I tested it I wasn't getting fuel.

Anyway long story short, many beers later and late night troubleshooting with john196701 and starionc. Turns out it was bloody spark plugs. Got new ones in and runs good as gold.

For the record the plugs in the car were less then 12 months old and the car has hardly done 5kms in that time.

Thanks to everyone that helped me. Much appreciated!
