Hi guys im after abit more power :twisted:

Ive got a ex euro spec starion,sohc with smaller turbo

Im wondering if a cam would make a difference? need to mount intercooler other way, flat mounted at the moment. Maybe i just need to drive it harder.

its got plenty up top but i want more down low, maybe i just need to dump the clutch abit more :D :D

Stroker is the way to go BUT if you can't or don't want to go that way then MPI + a Disco Potato + 15-20 psi should do the job (imho )

Disco Potato is the nick name given to the Garrett GT 2860 RS turbo that was released on the Nissan Sentra in the States. It was a Project Build car for an Auto Salon show I think, and the the car was potato shaped and had a psychadelic colour scheme. The turbo was a prototype experiment from the R & D dept at Garrett and it worked so well it went into production as an upgrade on the Nissan SR 20 engine.

Useless information but history is good to know.

Yep power will shoot up about 1000rpm earlier than a tc06 and keep making power later too

I think your best bet for more low down will be multipoint injection and a well tuned ecu

yep multipoint and a 60-65mm throttle body will bring it on 3-500rpm earlier aswell :)
