One of mine has that same jap instrument cluster with digi speedo/tacho and the onboard VELNAS. It's just not in anywhere near that condition!

OK, after an enquiry this widey is still available to buy.
Original buyer pulled out and vanished....

Car is currently being kept in a holding yard in Japan.
Ready to come in! Any enquiries please PM me or get in contact with J-spec direct and mention that 'Mal' sent you.

Basically the cost figures you are looking at is just over $8K in your driveway or over $10K on road with compliance and registration.

Mal, it will cost around at least $1,200 for registration and approx. $1800 for compliance (in NSW & VIC) assuming it doesn't need anything else (such as maintenance or repairs). So probably around $11K on the road...which is a bargain (as mine cost more than that).

NB: I just paid rego on mine and that cost me $950. Add to that the 3% stamp duty and it will end up around $1200.

Just using my selling techniques (quoting around the mark)!! $11K is still 'over $10K'. BUT, realistically people,
this can be in your driveway for no more than $8500 at todays rate of 86yen to the aussie dollar!
