Sweet, I'll look at the finances and see if/when I can afford it. Very keen for one!

JAS wrote:BOV. No, can't jam anything in it, but Ive bought a stronger spring. So will try it again soon. The roads have turned to shit again with the latest round of earthquakes. Oh joy!!
If the spring doesnt work, you could make a circular plate the same size as the bov inlet and clamp the plate with the v band clamp.
Starions are a disease, the only cure is poverty.

Got the starion back from the painters this week :beer
Its had a full respray as only the roof and left door escaped the earthquake damage :(

Did some more testing with a stronger BOV spring and the pressure drop is way less! At 15.5 psi I had 14psi at the manifold. WIN!! Thats with the intercooler back on.
Ill still replace the intercooler with a bigger unit and Id love to replace the inlet manifold with a hyper tune style unit.
Might see what the Fab guy at NZEFI can do as Ill now get employee discount :D

And... Ive made some custom side skirts up :) Had them painted the same time as the rest of the car and fitted them up this weekend.
Im not real sure if I like them of not but I think they will grow on me. If not Ill make something else :)

Car looks nice again, the sides work to balance the lower front & higher rear.
Sounds like your numbers are going to soar on the next dyno run.
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
How?

Skirts look good and glad to hear you getting to the bottom of the pressure drop problem.
