I just asked the "minister for war and finance" and the answer wasn't good. I was ordered to buy a ring first with stern words... If not I'd be on my way up mate.

Sorry mate

Mark..
As long as I'm not watching the road out of the back window I know everything will be ok.

Whats the price on interstate freight these days?

-Ash
Friends call me Ashgan or Ash... But you can call me failchanic. If there's a routine maintenance job that exists on a starion, then chances are i've failed at it.

First attempt fails include:
-Changing indicator light
-Changing spark plugs
-Changing belts
-Changing airfilter
-Changing oil
-Removing rear strut
-Replacing front strut

Loads for a non runner unfortunately.. How long did it take you to drive back from here the other day benny?
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

took my time and cruise control saved me 3 fines :D

update: its in the mini trader and i'll just sit on it until i eventually do something with it or someone ponies up $500.

as for being a bit pricey for a rough non-runner :-
600 x 400 x 100 intercooler + piping easily worth $100
those struts i got from you, redzone, are worth how much?
i'm sure i could $100 for 1 set of rims and tyres
and if i parted it out and sent the shell to metal recyclers i could get the rest of the money....

OR someone can take this car and do something with it for $500

LOLOLOL you totally misunderstood what i said..

i was answering ashgan, vehicle shipping for a non running car is fucking shitloads!

PLUS i was asking exactly how long did it take you to drive back up there as i'm considering driving up and trailering it back!

but if u dont want to sell it to me..

sorry man i've been fielding phone calls from lowballers since the mini trader came out :S so i took it wrong... this is frustrating as hell.

anyway yeah it takes about 4 hrs i think the 90K and lower zones through gympie kill the time that it used to take.

stupid speed limits. for a progressive country, our government still lives in the 1940s. Wake up Julia Howard/ Kevin Gillard/ John Rudd.. or whoever else is in power at the moment.. our speed limits are the lowest of any "civilized" country.

The speed limit is just an indication of how fast they want you to go.
