Shit!! Think I've fixed it!!! :D
Went down to the wreckers first thing this morning and bought myself a 4G63 tin cover thing that goes between the two crank shaft gears.
Then stripped the cambelt off and started from scratch.
Took me a few goes (about 5 lol) but finally got everything to line up :D :D :D
The two marks on the cam gears line up almost perfectly.
Also found a few vids on youtube that were helpfull.
Thanks so much for everyones help on this.

Will be interesting to hear how it drives now.
Oh and to those that said comments about adjustable cam gears I was not suggesting using them as a cover up solution (I aint that dumb ..... honestly) only that if its all gonna have to come apart why not invest in them as they open up a lot more opportuntiy than the standard gears.
I went straight with adjustable on my TC and degreed in the wheels (with MRB doing the nouse work) and the difference is noticable when you really get the cams timed correctly.

Never argue with an idiot, it brings you down to their level and they beat you with experience.

Its got better throttle response and boosts up faster. :beer
Although Im guessing the base ignition settings are now out so I didnt give it a hard time.
Ill book it in for another dyno tune this week.

Yes will be very interesting to see how much power it makes this time around.
Tuners said it should be around the 380-400 mark. Thats on a hub dyno.
