Hopefully the pub isn't too full, it can get busy on weekends. Although if it rains the pub is definitely a good idea.

Hoonie, I suspected Jim's was where you had in mind and I did scope out the Mary St area.

I also read about the Headlands Hotel and the fact that it is destined for demolition to make way for some apartments. So, it's probably the last chance to go there. Location and setting look good, too. Plus, I think the fact that we have 9 or 10 people makes the pub a little more attractive seating-wise.

We can also then drive down to the beach carpark at Mary St Thirroul afterwards. :beer
