My guess would be Jaycar. Most of the bits and bobs in cooks interior can be found at Jaycar. eg switches and aluminium box's.

I am running mine street track
Have top half of the dash full doors and center console, have stripped out all sound deadner and everything not needed to go fast
i.e. boot struts cable to release boot/fuel cap and every dam thing else
JA Street track monster
MPI with Wold3d
Frankinstine turbo
water injection and bloody big inter-cooler
6 point roll cage with 4 point harness
OMG fiberglass
Megga weight reduction weight TBC
5 stud conversion with HUGE rotors
Cute little 12 inch sub with 700 Watt amp

Yes that would be the sub and amp which comes out with two screws :)
