Yeah I know, last one I got done was $2500!!

It's not really just the leather thing. The back seat looks pretty worn too, was hoping it would be in good cond, from what I have seen of these things the back seats usually stay in good nick.

yeah the rears are actually in good nick other than the stitching came apart on the base when i removed it from the car D'OH! they're dusty as, interior is covered in bog dust. fronts had seat covers on.. the base stitching can be repaired cheaply by a trimmer, the vinyl isnt torn, just the stitching thread is broken. the dark brown top on the rear backrest on one side is nicked in a few places. i can clean them up and take some better pics if you like?

Edit: I also need the little bush that goes on the end of the gearstick if it's any good. Ta!

callan do you need struts/brakes for a sigma etc conversion or just good rwc shocks?

nah they're shattered mate. i have heaps of these, none are defect free but the defects are usually not visible when mounted on the car. one of those things about black 30 year old plastic that sits in the sun all day!

Was meant to ask you Dave about your trick to mounting the front part of your front spoiler. What's the G.O? The way the factory do it is bloody ridiculous. I did wade through the 5 or so pages of posts and didn't get any clues from that.

Ok, drill 6mm holes in the front corners of the dam far enough away from the edge to be able to have a bolt go through. then drill a 13mm hole through JUST THE OUTSIDE VISIBLE PART. then repeat this for the corners close to the air opening in the middle. then, mount the air dam on the car with the other 6 attaching points (bottom of guard bolts). then drill a 6mm hole through the bar cover in the appropriate spots as lined up by the dam. then use 6mm thread bolts (preferably ones with flat & spring washers, and a philips head imprinted on top) to attach the dam to the bar cover, using a massive panel washer or piece of metal cut out with a hole in the middle, to spread the mounting load inside the bar cover. you will have to get tricky with the centre ones closest to the air opening, might have to attach to the lip where the bar cover screws onto the bar reo.

That's quite clear actually. The bigger hole on the outside is purely for access to the top flat sections of the dam. Otherwise the bolts would have to be built into the mould so they are captive. The only thing that isn't clear Dave is the pictures of the orange car with those big holes in the dam. You can't even see them! Well done & thanks for the explanation.
