The hydraulic oil valve is missing from my Sirius Dash head. ( the piece that disengages the additional valves).
Can someone tell me whether this piece is essential for the dash head to work?
Cheers.

I assume you are talking about the solenoid at the back of the head? short and easy answer,NO it will not work as it should,I have a spare lying around for $30 ,wires has been cut off at the half moon rocker cover gasket, but you should be able to use it fine
I just got a link ecu setup for a dash motor, off my mate's younger brother,he bought a dash head etc for his cordia but didn't know that it wouldn't fit the 1600cc turbo model,I gave him my spare dash gsr5 factory loom, ecu ,dizzy etc so he could still sell as a complete conversion for a 8 valve motor
Give me a PM if you want the solenoid :)
