Looking good... still miss my old one :(
Mine had central locking, had it installed with the alarm, took a bit of faffing but well worth it!

I'd come along to the next meeting for sure... someone needs to drive your other starion Jas! :D

I was lucky with the alarm that was installed in the car by the previous owner that it came with central locking, immobilizer outputs were optional with the wires tucked away under the hood ready to be used by me

Glad to see your looking after it.

I used the same rear bush kit from the states. Its a nice bit of kit :)

We should sort out another Christchurch meet/cruise when the weather warms up.
A CHCH meet would be a great idea sometime. Slightly closer to the warmer months is a good idea :P

hey, how do you tighten the bolt on the steering arm, it just free spins and theres nowhere to clamp it, the thread has a hole on it for a lock wire, it was siezed tight when loosening it.

i knew i shouldnt of undone it :-( ..

Almost finished fixing the front kit piece. Just a bit more filler then its good to go for the undercoat. Most of the bog is filling up the holes / fiber glass work.

Finally have almost finished my kit, It has had an undercoat , so i thought I would try fit it to the car. Fits on ok considering it was in 3 pieces and was put back together by hand etc. Had to saw off the bolts on the very front when I removed it months ago as at the time couldn't figure out how to get it off haha, so therefore I can't reattach it there at the moment.

If any one knows how to properly remove a front piece like this let me know ie, where the bolts should be etc. (its got 2 cable ties and 3 orginal bolts atm ) rofl

Anyway here are some pics!

Here is the Result. The car ran 3-4 psi more than factory due to trust exhaust tip. BP 98 gas. Could't be more stoked. :P

***Just like to point out the exhaust muffler is the only engine performance modification***

You can also see from the dyno sheet the insane lag these turbos have and the a/f ratio i think. Full boost at 160km in 4th is late as haha. You can see how long the gear/diff ratios are as well. Got upto 190km

seems like a high reading dyno as the Starions were rated at 125kw at the flywheel so to get 122 at the wheels doesn't sound quite right
My JB was unmolested when I first got it and it dynoed 125 hp atw and the dyno owner who raced a Starion said that was about right for a stock Staz
I've had mine since 03 07 92
