Perth storms

We had a storm in Perth yesterday arvo - 2 fronts came through - this is the street at the front of my work after the first front......... lucky no damage to work.

My bride to be's late model beetle got pummeled, bonnet and roof covered in dents and the windscreen cracked in about 4 or 5 places, she was parked facing into it. Shame, she's had it from new and it was in pretty good nick.

Lucky all my other loved ones (cars) were at home under shelter, was hoping yesterday that no Starions were caught in the hail.

No hail in Morley, just lots of rain.
The more people I talk to, the more horror stories I hear!

drove home in the storm!
couldnt see stuff all!! roads where rivers!

a few mates cars are riden off including a brand new evoX 3 weeks old!!!


no power at all till just now. work got flooded spent all day cleaning! bosses house water logged.

a good thing is i'am so glad i had the 4x4 just drove through every puddle ,
went for a drive about 8 oclock last night, went through about 8 deep puddles all about a metre deep and my car is clean too.

Russell Coight: Some of the animals are nocturnal, so the best time to see them is at night. Only you can't see them, because it's dark.

looks pretty nasty, we had some storms like that in Melbourne this year, caved the roof in on one of our central train stations as well. gotta love them 100 year storms when they destroy everything in there path. :(

bugger we're having shit weather in the south island also with lots of flooding, and there's also snow in some parts too!

From the original hailstorm, my black JB looks like someone has attacked it with a ball peen hammer. Bugger :(
