Wouldn't that be close to 125mph (200km/h)?
That is for working out theoritical best gearing for drag racing. They aim to be at red line in 4th gear as they cross the line.

In WA you aren't allowed to run slicks and radials together, you need to use proper cross ply front runners.
Those 255 drag radials with a low pressure would make a huge difference over your 17's if you do a decent warm up skid.

Under ANDRA rules, if your car runs quicker than 12.5 then you must use cross ply front tyres with slicks. And TOMSUN's car won't run those times...yet ;)
I think the drag radials will work well. Just need some 4 stud wheels to suit.
