incredibly hard to take a pic of the rad support area as it's so dark and everything just blends in, i've tried a few times with my 5mp camera, getting a new one soon so will have another go for ya's...

The man said it was a DOT approved ride height tester so just leave it at that. The same tool is also called a body alignment tool, a drift punch and I've even seen them called clearance indicator/adjuster.

nah that's no hammer, it's a 105mm block of wood screwed to a inch by inch block of wood :) it's my ride height checker..
100mm is the lowest allowed clearance up here, other than brake backing plates..
no dramas as yet, only the need to adjust the clutch master cylinder's freeplay to achieve a good clutch height and release.. she's lookin sweet so far. ps those arias pistons are noisy when cold! cp/je/wiseco's are heaps quieter.. fine when it's warmed up of course.
