does it work? and how well?

That'd be almost as rare as rocking horse poop. But not quite as rare as an LSD...
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...

it came with the car.. but wasn't installed in it. I will test it out and let you know if it's working. if it is, how much do they go for?
