Hey guys
Just wondered if anyone could tell me what sensors they are using in the adaptor, as the standard mitsi one has alot bigger thread than the tapped hole.
If someone could give me a part number of one that will fit that'd be great.

i assume they'd be delco VN commodore efi sender and starion guage sender size? i havnt checked yet tbh

There are two threaded outlets on the adaptor. On the top is 1/2' and on the side 3/8'.
The top one I used for the water return from the turbo using Speedflow connectors, braided and hard line. (Hard line past the turbo and braided round the head/rocker cover). The side outlet (smaller of the 2) I used for the water temp sensor for the ECU.
On my conversion I used the Starion water pump and a forward mounted thermostat housing off an AE82 Corolla and ran the main water line off the pump all the way round the back of the block (under the adaptor) and forward to the thermostat housing. This uses a mix of 1/2' hardline with the final 6 inches in 7/8" rubber to the thermostat itself. (You can get 1/2 to 7/8 barbed connectors from Pirtek). I have used one the outlets on this thermostat housing for the temp guage.
This keeps the water lines nice and low and no need for surge/air tanks in the system as the highest point is the radiator top tank. I just run an overflow bottle off the filler neck.
