yeap - i'm assuming they are that way to let air into the back area since it is sealed off from the driver's cabin?

i wonder why they have sealed it off?? looks like there is some of the fuel system in the boot, cant see any oil coolers or anything back there

Are you sure the back was sealed off ???
I would have thought that the B pillar vent scoups were there to preasureize the interior to keep out dust

yea thats what i would of thought, but if you look from 2:32-2:46mins on first part it looks sealed

isnt the radiator in the back on those? I know most of the group b cars ran them on the back. It's hard to say though. A lot of evolution went on with the car over the short period it was tested. I know the one pictured lost a lot of weight from the original design.

if you look at this model it appears to have some kind of cooling in the spoiler

its like the old grp a rx7s had the oil coolers as part of the rear wing

yea that wall separating the compartments is a long way back on the strut towers
