Pajero LSD have a different axle size, so you can not use the whole LSD.

dont know, dont think so, in this thread i've ignored the L200/L300 part as everything i've seen over here has been incompatible

It is correct that the front diff in a Pajero never came with an LSD.

The rear diff in the same pajero I believe is the same size as the large starion LSD and you should be able to use the gears from it in a large housing (although I am not certain). The rear diffs did come in LSD but have a different spline to the Starion.

The early V6 Pajero front diff will fit a 6 bolt Starion diff. However once again never came with an LSD. In the states some Pajero owners have put the 6 bolt Staion LSD in the front of their V6 Pajeros.

Often seen changes to shorter gears in street cars worsen ETs.
I dont really care about et's. Just thought it would be better for drift/hill climb/ motorkhana events. Which is what I think I will build the car for.

For my JB rallycar project, I'm looking for a new ratio for my LSD (assuming its a small diff) Are you saying that the early Pajero 4.6 front diff crown wheel & pinion shaft will fit my Staz, or are there some mods required ?
