WTB/Receive Starion Balance Shafts
Hi all,
I'm chasing a set of balance shafts (some know them as silent shafts) for a 4G63 Starion block that they want to sell/donate. Anyone got them lying around, never to be used again?
The ones I had from my old block were fused to the bearings and wouldn't be very good to use because bits of the bearing are still attached. I might be able to clean them up, but to be on the safe side I'd prefer a set that aren't already buggered.
More than happy to pick up postage, but I'd like the right ones in good condition. I'll even throw a bit of coin towards them.
Apparently there are different sizes - The Left one is the same size as the Right Rear at 41mm, and the Right Front is slightly bigger at 42mm diameter. I'd be rapt to know you've run a vernier or something over them to verify them, as it's possible to get a set that have three different size shafts.
To whomever helps, thanks very much, this car has hardly been driven all this year.

I believe JA and JB blocks would use all the same size shafts, but as there were so many 4G63 designations when it came to getting the bearings, I want to be 100% sure.
Here's a pic of the shafts and the dimensions:
I'll pick them up if you're reasonably located in Melbourne, will pay postage if you're not. Can you help???

yeah VR4 ones wont work as the starion balance shaft bearings are fed from the shaft not the block
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

If so, you can have them back. But I really don't remember if they're in the pile of engine parts.
