this add is for "seinfeld" and that same silver widebody is in about every third or fourth episode, sometimes you can get a good look.
It must have been part of a fleet of vehicles owned by a company supplying cars as props, when I was in New York recently I saw a couple of flatbed "rigs" advertising cars for movies.
I've often wondered what happened to this car? would have been warehoused mostly and probably had pretty low kms when sold off to the public.
There's another thread on here showing starions in "Night Rider" and other TV shows too.
was a joint fraiser/seinfeld add so was pretty hard to pic haha, yeh it would be good to find out what happened to all the cars like this that companies buy.
how do you know it didn't just happen to belong to someone who lived on that street where the scenes were shot?

don't try explaining that to her tho..... just leave. lol
I know it's not some guys car who lives nearby because most of these Seinfeld exterior locations (and interiors for that matter) were from the Warner Bros Studio backlot in LA, not in New York at all.
Can you imagine a whole production company setting up for a shoot an then having local joes needing to get their car out to go to work and such?
This car may still be in some prop companies collection.
Anyone ever noticed number plates on it? I'll look out for it now.
Or maybe I should just stop thinking about this and get back to organizing my own starion project :)
