Group A&C meeting at lakeside historics 19 & 20 sept

Craig Neilson in the ex Xerox shop group A starion will be running it this weekend. i'll be down there spectating/helping on sunday. its a full on historic meeting this one, should be awesome. i'll be reliving my childhood!

who else is coming to look?

he had an awesome run today, qualified 3rd (!) and got 5th in the race today. be interesting to see how she goes tomorrow!

Actually if you look in todays Courier mail in the "Carsguide " (page 8), you can see a Starion behind the JPS M3 BMW :)

i was out there this afternoon for the last race , havent been to lakeside since i was a kid and to see a starion running around it was absolutley awesome to watch . I had a brief chat with the bloke who seemed quite happy with the cars performance on the day . From my judgement from the track side it looks like he was all over them like a rash at the corners and held up strong down the striaght over some pretty tuff cars .
plenty of different cars there which made it great to watch , something ive missed over the years from being that little bit younger i think , would have loved to see the starions at bathurst .. holden & ford how boring .

I think that might be a Supra. Looks like the last one built for John Smith.
