Sure is, but they are a young persons car. Dunno why all these 30/40 somethings are driving them, must be a midlife crisiss :o

40 this year, got my first Starion when I was 29.
Loved Starions when they first came out, I would have been 20.
I thought then that I would never own one, being over 40 grand to buy at the time.

28 years and getting older, loved starions since I was a kid. I had a poster of Brad Jone's Group A race car on my wall when I was about 12.

Starions NZ new in 1987 were $85K over here

I have a original paper from NRMA when they did a roadtest on the starion in 82' claiming it was like about $21k or something on the road.

I am guessing that must have been fairly off!.. and I thought 21k in the 80's was expensive, but 40 and 85k!?!? :wtf:
