Extra Info: I have owned this unit since late 2006 and it has served me very well; F1 Grand Prix Rally, Dutton Rally, Targa Tassie, plus heaps of sprints and never missed a beat. Check out this thread for all other details, some relevant others irreverent rofl http://forums.austarion.com/viewtopic.p ... on&start=0
As we never dyno'd the car before or after installing this unit, I'm not going to make any claims regarding increased HP gains. Also, we only ever tested & tried 2 settings, so cannot give feedback or opinions on the scope of adjust-ability. This unit comes will all required looms and sensors and can be installed in about 15 minutes.

Contact Details: PM's please.

Location: Melbourne - Eastern Suburbs

Delivery & Conditions of Delivery: International delivery can be arranged at purchaser's expense.

Would this potentially be a decent replacement for a stock JA ECU for doing a DASH head conversion?

Friends call me Ashgan or Ash... But you can call me failchanic. If there's a routine maintenance job that exists on a starion, then chances are i've failed at it.

First attempt fails include:
-Changing indicator light
-Changing spark plugs
-Changing belts
-Changing airfilter
-Changing oil
-Removing rear strut
-Replacing front strut

This is not a replacement ECU, it piggy packs off the standard one.
Having said that, I don't know whether it would help with a DASH setup; perhaps some of our more learned members may shed some light.
