Just back from checking progress and the ex manifold has the special twin runner to the 40 mm external wastegate connection done and has to have the mating surfaces trued up and some minor cleaning up to the inside of the runners and it's ready to bolt up so the dump can be made
The final turbo specs are still to come but it will have a split turbine entry and there will be an oxy sensor in the dump to help the cruise mixtures
Power steer , altenator & waterpump hooked up and drive belts in place as well

silver rocker cover, black spark plug cover and red writing looks fantastic.. I imagine if a starion ever came out of the factory as a twin cam, these are the colours it would be sporting :beer

Thanks guys It has been a long hard road but it should come alive this week :D BTW Lee has also installed a custom WP pulley, a 200sx PS pump and a custom thermostat housing, a cas on the crank(thanks Derek) + wideband oxy sniffer and a Ford :oops: idle speed controler as well :D :beer

Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

is your intercooler full custom?

looks like u have got it in prob the best spot you could for piping/etc..

yeh that spot's ok if u dont wanna run a/c

Yes and it's a PWR 600X300X75 core positioned for shortest possible pipework
Decided to use a t&f core for better airflow to the radiator over a b&p core
