Shock Lowdnes to drive Holden V8Supercar

Post by OLD FART »

Team Vodaphone are switching to Holden due to FORD dumping them due to the teams sponsers colours looking to much like the Red Team
Don't know what you think but I think that Ford have shot themselves in the foot :wtf:

I heard that and must admit I am surprised on one hand and not on the other. As the (currently) best ford team and yet they have no Ford sponsership. But they supply half the ford chassis to other teams and are willing to walk away from that.

Yep....Ford have shot themselves in the foot. I reckon they'll just start selling Ford and Holden chassis to others.

Triple 8 Racing are a world-wide organisation. In Europe they race Vauxhalls in the British Touring Car Championship, so they are already associated with GM products. Just makes sense when they got shafted by Ford.

Yep ford shot themselves in the foot not just for the on track performance but the off track exposure. Its been ten years since they dropped the ball with the au so this decision must be in celebration of it.

On a lighter note there were 5 other drivers driving 3 different holdens at the last autocross and the starion came out on top :D
