I remember somebody saying Blaster 2, but can't confirm. An autoelec should be able to recommend something.

Ignition Coil

Post by arnstar »

I recently purchased one from Bosch. Model is E-101 12V. It is oil filled coil. Use with transistor ignition. This unit is made in Japan.

thanks all for the help fellas.

just got one more question for ya's. me and my mate went into the place to purchase the MSD blaster 3 coil and was told to make sure it is for the car of your specs. meaning will this coil be suitable for a near stock starion.

it has an exhaust and about to have a FMI put on but that is about it. so will the blaster 3 be fine? and will all of the coils suggested be ok for a car like this????

thanks again

Possible to get the details of an ignitor swap? Such a thing would be oh so handy...
