I'm chasing a full 8 piece braided brake line kit for a Starion (well, Import Scorpion anyway - same set up)....

Any ideas where I can get these?

Contact Dale at Castle Hill Exhaust in Sydney - he is involved in a company that does this sort of stuff using your existing lines as samples.

Also try Motorsport Connections as Seven Hills - they carry assorted braided lines of varying lengths etc.
Never argue with an idiot, it brings you down to their level and they beat you with experience.

http://www.braidedhoses.com.au/wherebuy-nsw.html

I got mine from brake pro in parramatta.. they charge 110 per hose, but for the starion, the rear ones apparently need 2 sets of fittings, so they charged 110 for each of the front, and 160 for each of the rear.

these are adr approved as well.. but i don't suppose that's a concern to you considering yours is a race car eh?

have also been referred to the following website before, but have no experience with them: http://www.racebrakessydney.com.au/

Yep, it's for a track car, so I give no fark for ADR's.

$110 per hose seems pretty steep when compared to this...

I realise that's in the States, but even with a fair whack of postage, it's way cheaper than anything else I can find.

Thoughts?

for a track car with no compliance issues, i'd go the yank option :)

Thanks Redzone, is it safe to assume the yank ones would be pretty good quality?

Yeah... if they're DOT certed (Prob similar to your ADR) then that ish is good to go.

Those guys should ship out to you... he's not a hater.
