Yeah trouble is though, if it didn't need so much work, it wouldn't be that price...

Yeah theres a couple around Chch, one with a aftermarket rice spoiler.

They are pieces of crap, but ever increasing in value.

Check the Cortina pedals in the one above, and is that a Renault dash?

Heres an expensive one, these were $20-30 grand a couple of years back.

I saw one up here is Aspley a few months ago.

I think he was actually trying to build his own flux capacitor cause i actually saw him at Jaycar. Looked to be in pretty good nick too.

i reckon a starion could be modded to confuse a lot of people into thinking its a delorean... doors would be the main letdown, as far as i know there was only 2 or 3 gullwing starions.

not wrong about confusing them, several people mentioned Back to the future as what the starions look like. finished or not though it would be fantastic to have it if you can afford getting it back on the road and like the seller mentioned good at getting attention, as are the starions in tasmania.

One more on the roads soon :)

Sigma GH front end on a Starion rear end, and convert the doors to gullwing.
You'd have a distance mistakeable Delo :D

I'd buy it LOL

as a matter of factly, I've been in communication with the owner of DMC1 for many years and plan on importing a fresh LHD in 2011 when the car can be left in LHD format.

To much time to wait
