Two-tone silver/blue starion was a gold coast car. Guy on these forums would know more as the owner/builder was a mate when they both owned starions (and I've seen a pic of it in Guy's driveway). I think the owner was a member here years ago - autokat maybe.

Yeah it was edens car but i think he sold it to his (ex) gf or something because she sold it to me but he was there to tell me all about it and what was wrong with it, but they didnt talk at all and he quickly drove off lol lol.
Car in mag I thought was owned by a guy in central nsw named govan, Indian guy. Was trying to get rid of it about 6 years ago. :beer

Yeah that distinguishes it as the first model Staz here. JA Series 1 '82 - early '83.
There are of course other differnences, but they were all inside the cabin, and under the bonnet.
