OK we're on the move with these - should be 1-2 weeks. I will get a template to check tommorrow and so long as that fits OK will be into production straight away.

Time to part with some money boys. I have locked these in at $150 each but for that I am having to get 20 made so please commit with your payment promptly. (The excess run I am going to be paying for these out of my own pocket for now.)

Note also: the fittings shown in Merlins photo are not included but the part will have rubber O-ring seals at the plate and a screw in alloy pipe for the outlet with about 100mm of length to allow you to then direct the flow wherever you want after that.

So far we have interest from -

www.18u (paid)
MRB1 (paid)
WidebodyWoody (paid)
Oldy (paid)
Lunacy (Paid)
KiwiEx ???
4Gbeat (x2) ???

MrBender - paid
Redzone (x3) (paid)
Zippo (paid)
Lummy (cancelled)
Greg (paid)

Please add $10 to cover postage per item so that means $160AUD into my bank account asap please. Those wanting to pick up from me can save the $10.

Can you put your username/tag in the payment reference so I can track who has and hasnt paid. Any additional people interested, now is the time to let me know.

My bank acount details are -

GR Farmer
National Bank Australia
BSB: 082 808
ACC: 83 169 4672

Thanks guys.

I have supplied his drawings and info to get this replicated on cnc for us all.

Wow, is that whats back there. I would add a lip for the radiator hose if possible, as ive had the hose blow off twice(under hard acceleration), and it appears that this is the only reason.

Adrian,

We are modding the outlet pipe from Dave's design slightly. It will have a length of threaded alum pipe (about 100mm long) into the main adaptor body with an o-ring.

The thinking being that it will seal nice and then people can weld or put a hose fitting onto that piece of pipe to take whatever direction they wish forward. I plan on running mine under the inlet manifold in a solid pipe to a front mounted thermostat then up to the radiator.

I would suggest those going with a hose fitting to have the pipe bead rolled at the end to make a nice secure fitting.

Cheers

These were all mailed today.

Thank you to all those who contributed to this exercise by opting in and participating and allowing this to happen. :beer

Unfortunately several people pulled out after initially displaying some interest which has left me with about 6 or 7 left over so if you know of anyone who is, or will be, interested let them know so I can get some money back into the account and keep my conversion going. :(

I took some photos for you all to see in the interim but photobucket is offline at the moment - when it comes back I will add the photos

Cheers
