My MPI (caution big pictures)
was referring to the black (is it plastic? i thought it was rubber..) sheild that goes over the entire fuel pump.. i suppose if you've put rubber between it and the clamps, that'll take care of the vibrations anyway

That looks awesome.
When are you coming down to the coast to show her off.
What about one Sunday at the end of the spit.

Ok been to the dyno. Had a drama filled day with the waste gate sticking half open and the computer doing weird things. Finally ended up with 165.1hp of power and 900ft/lbs of torque. I thaught not too bad for stock pistons and turbo. To get that the turbo was giving all it would too, blowing flames at one point. here is the trace anyway.

sorry to dig up an old thread here, but i have a question.. the pipe on the turbo inlet.. behind the power steering pump assembly.. did it fit in the stock position or did you move the power steering gear or the turbo somewhat? if you didn't have to move anything, what pipe is that? just a 90 degree? what thickness?
not even sure if drdreath still graces the forums?
