Does the car feel like it has a lot less power?
5psi will make a big difference, could be 30 to 50hp... but 90hp, that is a bit of a stretch.
Do you have the 2 dyno graphs to compare?
Where on the graph were they different in power?
Did they load the wrong map into the wolf?
Did they change the timing in the tune?
Has your base time changed some how?

In the past you said it was a EVO3 motor, with a microtech?? (or is that a different motor running the same power?)

yer i should make this a bit more clear sorry guys.
Im only going on what my other car made on the dyno with my old stuff. this is a diffrent car but it has my old turbo and manifold inj gearbox
But it has a vr4 motor not a evo 3 and less boost.
Could less boost and vr4 motor really make that much diffrents ?
And how much power does a stock vr4 make? I thort it was more than that?
Sorry i should off made it more clear

Mate the motors are very different. Vr4 runs a 14b turbo and the evo will be a 16g of some type with around 100 cfm more flow. your injectors are 450cc in a vr4 and a evo 1-3 will have 510s. As mentioned above the compression ratio is different, as well as the cylinder head and inlet manifold design. Bottom line is you will not make the same power on the same boost levels. Put a 16g on it and some 510's and tune it too run 20psi and it will make the numbers you require. Did you hook up the cyclone runner setup in the manifold? that will be another issue unless it is locked open.
