Oh dear ! I am putting the finishing touches to my car now. Had the bonnet scoop plastic section out giving it a final polish and dropped it and smashed it. Dont ya love it. Thank God for Donor cars ! :oops:

smashed it? but they're flexy plastic????
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

I have been lucky with the widebody. And the JA I have since picked up actually. :p Every other staz has been off the road more often then not. But these broke that curse.

OH GOD, what have I done, they heard me, now they are conspiring against me. :wtf:

i must confess i've never had any insurmountable problem with any of mine. especially the widey. the later build quality is awesome :D

Yes its plastic but it landed right on the point of an edge and just snapped off a nice chunk.

or when someone walks past the car on stands in the garage when you have the front bar and grill off and catches the side indicator plastic and snaps in clean in half. :x :glare:

Yeah build quality of the later models is awesome. They last forever and dont' stuff up.

I send my car to get that door panel repaired, and what happened? They fuckers almost snapped the centre console in half. Its cracked all the way up on both sides leaving like 1cm from top on both sides. I grilled them about it and they said they never removed it. But I know they did because they put the gear knob back on wrong.
