Nice that you found one. Got it from the UK?

A 3.55 would be better for top speed, but a 3,9 is considered better for acceleration.

So if you are going to do alot of autobahn cruisin I would recommend using the 3.55
But if you like to take it to some twisting roads a 3.9 may be a better for you.

You can tell which ratio by counting the number of teeth on your gears, 41 = 3.9, 39 = 3.55

The evo 3 turbo would probably the the easiest one to fit and is a very good all round turbo.

You'd have to take the exhaust housing and compressor housing off to turn the center cartridge so the oil feed is on top when you mount it on a Starion manifold.

Be careful when you take the housing off so they don't hit the compressor & turbine wheels.
The rotating assembly has been precisely balanced and you don't want to mess that up (it rotates at about 100000 to 150000 rpm!)

Also match the manifold to the turbo.

The diff should take around 1.3 litres of oil, also if you want a 3.9 diff you could always buy the 3.9 gears for your diff and have them pressed on to you lsd.

General rule on the 2L motors with stock pistons is no higher then 15psi. Some have run higher though. But the ring lands on the pistons are weak in the stock motors.

I ran 15psi on an intercooled cordia turbo motor (same as 2L starion just 200cc less) and it was fine.

how about stock starion actuator, is it can be replaced with actuator taken from 16g?, by the way, is it possible to make custom turbo... like hot stock side connected with cold 16g? any one done it before?

today my starion was taken to workshop where they gonna modify my stock suspension into lowered and hardened setup :)

Iam not sure how much time they need to do that but I will show results quick is possible.

QUESTION TO ADMIN . IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONECT THIS TOPIC INTO
